OD RW QGC Rumford Catch A Fire
of Woodpile
"Marley"
Named for singer
Bob Marley (Catch A Fire is one of his albums) our beautiful bundle of
energy, "Marley", comes from our good friend Caron Gray of
Rumford Maine Coons. She has a lovely expression, wonderful ears,
nice boning, and a tremendous outgoing purrsonality, not to mention that gorgeous coat and color! Added bonus, she loves everyone!
Marley is extremely active for a Maine Coon, and into everything.
Jolie apparently taught her some of her
old tricks before she left. Marley
opens drawers, grabs
the toys out of them and then, when
she's done playing with them, leaves
them strewn about the house for
me to pick up! If we could
just teach
her to close the drawers when she's through!
At her very first show
Marley was the top winning Maine Coon kitten, and at just six
months
of age she was Best Kitten in show at the Edmonton Cat Fanciers show.
As a young adult she continued her winning ways! We are very
proud of our
toy fiend, and thank Caron for sharing her with
us.
News Flash!
With the granding of RW QGCA Woodpile Solar Eclipse,
Marley has earned the coveted title of Outstanding Dam,
having produced the five grand champions needed to join TICA's elite.
Marley has earned
her retirement, as is now living as a much loved (and spoiled) pet.
